1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt. After this period, we will not be able to process returns or refunds, except in cases of defects covered by warranty.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused condition, without physical damage, and with all its accessories included.
- Retain the original packaging in good condition (box, protective foam, manuals, cables, etc.).
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Not have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized third parties.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or show obvious signs of wear and tear.
3. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product: the item arrived with manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect product: you received an item different from the one you ordered.
- Non-functional product: the equipment does not turn on or does not work correctly from the first use.
- Product dissatisfaction: the product does not meet your expectations (provided it is in original condition and within the established period).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us through our Contact page within the established period, indicating your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the product if it has damage.
- Our team will review your request and respond within a maximum of 3 business days with instructions for return shipping.
- Send the product to the indicated address, properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result of the review and proceed with the refund or exchange as appropriate.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect product: Tools Laser will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Return due to dissatisfaction or change of mind: the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refunds
Once the return is approved and the product inspected, we will process the refund as follows:
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used in the original purchase.
- The credit period may vary between 5 and 15 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
7. Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for another model or variant, please contact us within 30 days. The exchange is subject to stock availability. In case of a price difference:
- If the new product is more expensive, you must pay the difference.
- If the new product is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
8. Product Warranty
All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is specified in the description of each item. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use, falls, or impacts.
- Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions (excessive humidity, temperatures outside the specified range).
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear from use.
To validate the warranty, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase.
9. Products Excluded from Returns
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products with customer-caused damage (falls, misuse, modifications).
- Products without original packaging or with packaging damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased in liquidation promotions or final sale (clearly indicated at the time of purchase).
- Consumable accessories (batteries, replacement tips, etc.) once opened.
